1. The investor must be from the country that has an agreement or treaty with the United States. 2. The businessmen or applicant of this visa must be attached with trading firm that belongs to treaty country.
3. The business or trade must be continuous and on huge level.
4. The trade between two countries just as the United States and another treaty country should be over 50%.

The E2 US visa eligibility

1. The investor must be from the country having business treaty with the United States.
2. The business between these two countries should be more than 50%.
3. The investor must have handsome capital to run the business profitably.
4. The earning profit from the investment should be more than the investor requirement and it increases the national economics of this country.
5. The investment capital should not be from borrowed or loan.

The United States investor visa categories

The investor visa is designed for the international investors those are willing to invest in this country, but the amount of investment must be $1,000,000 (U.S.); or $500,000 (U.S.) in a high-unemployment or countryside area. The US investor visa requirements

1. Valid passport of the investor visa applicant and validity must be over six months.
2. All expenditures will be financed by the applicant like paper translation, documents copies, etc.
3. The visa processing fee must be paid by the applicant and receipt should be attached with application.
4. Health fitness examination charges will be paid by the investor visa applicant.
5. Security clearance certificate from the native country of the business visa applicant.
