Responsibilities

  4. Follow prescribed routes or adapt to changing road conditions, utilizing navigational tools and maps to ensure efficient and timely deliveries or pick-ups.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to passengers or clients, addressing inquiries, maintaining a friendly demeanor, and ensuring a positive transportation experience.
  6. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, hours of service, and delivery or pick-up details, adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
