Tier 2 UK visa (Intra company transfer) visa

Tier 2 UK visa (Minister of religion) visa

This visa belongs to religious services and it is sponsored by belief society. Initially this visa validity is three years, but it may renew on the request of the sponsor.

How to apply United Kingdom work visa

The applicant of work visa or permit for the United Kingdom first select the work visa category according to his qualifications and skills. After this, he has to visit the UK embassy for the receiving of relevant application form. However, the relevant application form can be downloaded from the UK embassy website. The applicant submits his case through application form along with relevant academic documents and job offer letter issued from the UK employer. The UK work visa process.

The United Kingdom works permit is released after the confirmation and validity of the job offer letter from the UK employer. The job offers can be arranged by the UK permanent resident, nationalities of this country. In his first step the employer advertises this job in leading newspapers for 28 days. However, during these advertised days if no native applicant applied for this job, then the labor ministry permits the employer to induct foreign skilled and qualified employee. The employer or company must have valid license for this and other requirements must be fulfilled by the sponsor.

The UK work visa requirements

The work permits for this country allow the visa holder to reside and work in this country. The work permits is usually arranged by the UK employer, but it requires some basic or fundamental documents for this.
1. The sponsor letter or job offer letter from the UK employer and it should be by named.
2. Valid passport having at least six months validity and other traveling documents.
3. Fresh passport sized color pictures of the applicant.
4. English language eligibility certification from the recognized institute.
5. Health fitness certificate from the recommended hospital.
6. Police security clearance certificate from the native country of the skilled employee.
